You can now be notified by Push notifications for PM's, replies to your posts, or even if your favorite handicapper makes a pick. This way if you are not actively on the forum you will know when someone on your friends list posts or sends you a private message and more.

Personally, I hate when I miss certain poster picks, read them after a game starts only to find out they won and I missed out. Well, push notifications will help out. So you will be notified when you are not actively reading the forum.

So how do you turn them on?

First, Click on 'Notifications' on top, its by 'Private messages' by your screen name.

A Notification menu will pop up. When it does click 'Settings" on the top right.
Upon clicking 'Settings' you will get this menu:





On to you will see Web Push Notifications and an 'Enable push notifications' button.
Click the button to Enable them. If it turns to 'Disable push notifications', you will know it's on.

Then below that you will see the 'Web Push' check boxes. This is where you tell when you want to be notified by the Push notifications. In this example, I only have "When someone sends me a Private Message", checked on. But there are other instances to get them as well. You will need to have them checked.

For the most part that's it. You should be informed when someone sends you a PM, replies to your post, or someone on your friend's list posts. Whichever instance you have checked on.

Still not getting notifications after enable/allowing them?

Ensure that your computer or device is configured to receive notifications from your web browser or progressive web application. Notification settings may vary depending on the device manufacturer and operating system. Here are some common examples:

• Windows 10: Go to Start -> Settings -> System -> Notifications & actions -> [select the app].
• Windows 11: Go to Start -> Settings -> System -> Notifications -> [select the app].
• Android: Navigate to Settings -> Applications (or Apps) -> [select the app] -> Notifications, or go to Settings -> Notifications ->
• App settings -> [select the app].
• MacOS: Go to Settings -> Notifications ->[select bowser or site or both]
• iOS: Go to Settings -> Notifications ->[select site's app]

How does it work on mobile devices (iOS/Android)?

On some devices, like those running iOS or iPadOS, users need to add the forum’s site to their Home Screen for push notifications to work. This will make the site function like a stand-alone web application.
